ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਮਣੀਕਰਨ ਘਾਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਦਿਨੀਂ ਹੋਏ ਹੋਏ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਨਤਕ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਸਦਭਾਵਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਭੰਗ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਟਲ ਮਾਲਕ ਅਮਨ ਸੂਦ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਮਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। 

ਰਾਜ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਾਇਰ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਸਬ-ਡਿਵੀਜ਼ਨਲ ਮੈਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਟ (ਐਸਡੀਐਮ) ਕੁੱਲੂ ਦੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੇ ਅਮਨ ਸੂਦ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਉਸਨੂੰ 24 ਮਾਰਚ, 2025 ਨੂੰ ਸਵੇਰੇ 11:00 ਵਜੇ ਐਸਡੀਐਮ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਹੋਣ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

ਸੰਮਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਉਹ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਤ ਸਮੇਂ ‘ਤੇ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।

ਹਾਲ ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ, ਅਮਨ ਸੂਦ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਖ਼ਬਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਇਆ ਜਦੋਂ ਕੁੱਲੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁਝ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੈਲਾਨੀਆਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਲਗਾਏ ਗਏ ਝੰਡਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਟਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਸੀ।

 ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਤਖ਼ਤ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਜਥੇਦਾਰ ਨੇ ਇਸ ‘ਤੇ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਨਾਰਾਜ਼ਗੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਢੁਕਵੀਂ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ।

 ਖ਼ਬਰਾਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਗੰਭੀਰਤਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਅਮਨ ਸੂਦ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਬੀਐਨਐਸਐਸ 2023 ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 126/169 ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਸ ਚੌਕੀ ਜਰੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਗਈ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਕੰਮ ਨੇ ਮਣੀਕਰਨ ਘਾਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਨਤਕ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਸਦਭਾਵਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਭੰਗ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।

ਇਸ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਦੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਰੋਡਵੇਜ਼ ਦੀਆਂ ਬੱਸਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਹਮਲੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੁਝ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈਆਂ ਸਨ। ਖਰੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਰੋਡਵੇਜ਼ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਬੱਸ ‘ਤੇ ਕੁਝ ਨੋਜਵਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹਮਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੱਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਖਿੜਕੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਸ਼ੀਸ਼ੇ ਟੁੱਟ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਅਤੇ ਕੰਡਕਟਰ ਦੇ ਬਿਆਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਦੋ ਅਣਪਛਾਤੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਬੱਸ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ੀਸ਼ਾ ਤੋੜ ਕੇ ਭੱਜ ਗਏ।


ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੀ, ਚੰਬਾ ਤੋਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਰੋਡ ਟਰਾਂਸਪੋਰਟ ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਬੱਸ ‘ਤੇ ਵੀ ਸਰਹਿੰਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਮਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਖਿੜਕੀ ‘ਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਭਾਰੀ ਚੀਜ਼ ਸੁੱਟੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਸਿੱਖ ਸੰਗਠਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ-ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਹੱਦ ‘ਤੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਅਤੇ ਧਰਨਾ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਧਮਕੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੁਲਸ ਨੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।

Aman Sood, the owner of a hotel in Himachal Pradesh's Manikaran Valley, has been summoned for disturbing public peace and religious harmony following a dispute. The Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Court in Kullu, after receiving a complaint from the state government, has initiated legal proceedings against him. Aman Sood has been ordered to appear in court on March 24, 2025, at 11:00 am. If he fails to attend the scheduled hearing, further legal actions will be taken against him.


The controversy involving Aman Sood began when it was revealed that he had removed flags displayed by Sikh tourists in Kullu. This act sparked a dispute between Punjab and Himachal Pradesh, with the Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib expressing strong disapproval and urging the Himachal Pradesh government to take appropriate measures.


In response to the incident, the Himachal Pradesh Government registered a case against Aman Sood under Section 126/169 of the BNSS 2023. The complaint, lodged by the Zari police post, claimed that his actions had disturbed public peace and religious harmony in the Manikaran Valley.


Following the controversy, incidents of violence involving Himachal Pradesh Roadways buses were reported in Punjab. A Himachal Roadways bus was attacked in Kharar, with windows broken by two unidentified individuals who escaped after the act. Additionally, a bus traveling from Chamba to Delhi was targeted in Sirhind, where a heavy object was thrown at the window. In response to these attacks, Sikh organizations have threatened to hold protests and sit-ins at the Himachal-Punjab border, leading to heightened security measures by the police in both states.
