 ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਪ੍ਰਸੋਨਲ ਰਾਜ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਡਾ. ਜਤਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਬੈਠਕ ਹੋਈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਸਤਾਵ 'ਤੇ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਬਣ ਗਈ। ਬੈਠਕ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਘੋਸ਼ਣਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਨੌਕਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਭਰਤੀ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਏਕੀਕ੍ਰਿਤ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਪੋਰਟਲ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਦਮ ਚੁੱਕ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਬਿਆਨ ਵੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਬਿਆਨ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ, ਡਾ. ਜਤਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ 'ਸਿੰਗਲ ਜੌਬ ਐਪਲੀਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਪੋਰਟਲ' ਨੂੰ ਜਿੰਨੀ ਜਲਦੀ ਹੋ ਸਕੇ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੀਟੀਆਈ ਨਿਊਜ਼ ਏਜੰਸੀ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ 'ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਜਲਦ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਜ਼ਿਕਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਪੋਰਟਲ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ 13 ਖੇਤਰੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।

ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਜਤਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਟੀਚਾ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਦੀ ਅੱਠਵੀਂ ਅਨੁਸੂਚੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ 22 ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਖੇਤਰੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਮਤਿਹਾਨ ਕਰਵਾਉਣਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਭਰਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਪੂਰੀ ਹੋਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਗਭਗ 15 ਮਹੀਨੇ ਲੱਗਦੇ ਸਨ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਣ ਘਟਾ ਕੇ 8 ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਤੱਕ ਲਿਆਂਦਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਭਵਿੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਘਟਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।

In a significant development for those seeking government jobs, the government is set to launch a unified portal for all recruitment processes. A meeting chaired by Minister of State for Personnel, Dr. Jitendra Singh, has resulted in a consensus to move forward with this plan. Dr. Singh announced after the meeting that efforts are underway to create a single job application portal for all government job recruitments.

This initiative aims to streamline the process and offer more convenience to job seekers who currently navigate multiple portals for job information. It is expected to save both time and effort for applicants. The decision was made following a high-level meeting held at the Department of Personnel and Training. Dr. Jitendra Singh emphasized the importance of making the recruitment process more efficient and transparent, reaffirming the government's commitment to leveraging technology and innovation.

Dr. Singh has instructed department officials to develop the portal as quickly as possible. In an official statement, he confirmed that the project is already in progress and will be completed soon. The portal will be accessible in Hindi, English, and 13 regional languages to cater to a wider audience.

Additionally, the government plans to conduct exams in all 22 languages recognized in the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution. Dr. Singh also mentioned that while the recruitment process previously took about 15 months, it has now been reduced to 8 months, and further improvements are expected in the future.
