ਸਰ, ਉਹ ਮੇਰੇ 16 ਹਿੱਸੇ ਕਰ ਦੇਣਗੇ… ਇੱਕ ਆਦਮੀ ਰੋਂਦਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਜਾ ਪਹੁੰਚਿਆ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਮਦਦ ਦੀ ਗੁਹਾਰ ਲਗਾਈ। 


ਉਸ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਦਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਦੇ ਮੁੰਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਚੱਕਰ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰੇਮੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੁਝ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਡਰਾਉਣ ਦੀਆਂ ਧਮ/ਕੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।

ਉਹ ਆਖ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੇਰਠ ਵਾਲੇ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ 15 ਹਿੱਸੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ, ਪਰ ਅਸੀਂ ਤੇਰੇ 16 ਹਿੱਸੇ ਕਰ ਦਿਆਂਗੇ। ਇਹ ਘਟਨਾ ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਅਮਰੋਹਾ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੀ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਮੁੰਡੇ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਤਫਤੀਸ਼ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ, ਉਹ ਮੁੰਡਾ ਰਹਿਰਾ ਥਾਣੇ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਪਿੰਡ ਦਾ ਵਸਨੀਕ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਵੀ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ 'ਤੇ ਵਾਇਰਲ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਵੀਡੀਓ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਦੱਸ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਨੇ ਗੁਆਂਢੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਦੇ ਮੁੰਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਪਿਆਰ ਦਾ ਜਾਲ ਬੁਣਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।

 ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰੇਮੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੁਝ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਆਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਧਮ/ਕੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਚਲਾ ਗਿਆ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, "ਮੇਰਠ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੌਰਭ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੇ 15 ਟੁਕੜੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ, ਅਸੀਂ ਤੇਰੇ 16 ਟੁਕੜੇ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ।" ਇਹ ਕਹਿ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਚਲੇ ਗਏ।

ਹੁਣ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਸਾਰੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਪੜਤਾਲ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਪਤੀ ਨੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾ ਕੇ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਰਹਿਰਾ ਥਾਣੇ ਦੇ ਬਰਤੌਰਾ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਵਸਨੀਕ ਸਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ 2 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮਾ/ਰਿਆ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਦਾ ਮੰਜਾ ਅਤੇ ਦਵਾਈਆਂ ਵੀ ਸੜਕ 'ਤੇ ਸੁੱਟ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਸਨ। ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਡਰ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਿਤੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਹਾਲ ਵੀ ਸੌਰਭ ਵਾਂਗ ਨਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ। ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਜਾ/ਨੋਂ ਮਾ/ਰਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਧਮ/ਕੀਆਂ ਵੀ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਹੁਣ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੱਚ ਕੀ ਹੈ।

ਸਤਪਾਲ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਵਿਆਹ 18 ਸਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਪੋਰਾਰਾ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੀ ਮਮਤਾ ਸੈਣੀ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਸਤਪਾਲ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਬੱਚੇ ਹਨ - ਇੱਕ 13 ਸਾਲ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ 10 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਧੀ। ਉਸ ਦਾ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਮਮਤਾ ਸੈਣੀ ਦਾ ਪਿਛਲੇ 6 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਮੁਰਾਦਾਬਾਦ ਦੇ ਬਾਡਾ ਬਾਂਸਕਾ ਦੇ ਕਾਸਿਮ ਨਾਲ ਚੱਕਰ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕੀਤਾ, ਪਰ ਜਦੋਂ ਵੀ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਇਤਰਾਜ਼ ਕੀਤਾ, ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਘਰ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਮੀ ਕਾਸਿਮ ਕੋਲ ਚਲੀ ਗਈ। ਈਦ ਦੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਸਿਮ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਆਏ, ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਤਪਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਕੁੱਟਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਧਮਕੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਕਿ, "ਮੇਰਠ ਵਿੱਚ 15 ਟੁਕੜੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਨ, ਅਸੀਂ ਤੇਰੇ 16 ਟੁਕੜੇ ਕਰ ਦਿਆਂਗੇ।" ਪੀੜਤ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਮੀ ਨਾਲ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

A man named Satpal Singh, a resident of Bartora village under the Rahira police station area, reached the police station in tears, pleading for help. He claimed that his wife, Mamta Saini, has been having an affair with Kasim, a man from Bada Banska in Moradabad, for the past six years. Satpal, who has two children—a 13-year-old son and a 10-year-old daughter—said his marriage to Mamta, a resident of Porara village, took place 18 years ago. The incident pertains to Amroha in Uttar Pradesh, where the police have initiated an investigation based on his complaint.

He further alleged that during Eid, his wife and her lover Kasim came to his house, b/eat him up, and threa/tened him, saying, "In the Meerut case, 15 pieces were made, but we will cu/t you into 16 pie/ces," before leaving the scene. Satpal stated that his wife now lives with her lover in Delhi. He also mentioned that on April 2, his wife assau/lted him and threw his bed and medicines onto the street. Fearing for his life, he said his wife thr/eatens to k/ill him, and he doesn’t want to end up like Saurabh Singh from the Meerut case.

According to reports, a video of Satpal has gone viral, in which he says his wife is entangled in a love affair with a young man from a different community in a neighboring village. A few days ago, her boyfriend, along with some friends, came to his house and thre/atened him, referencing the Meerut case where Saurabh Singh was cu/t into 15 pieces, saying they would go further and make it 16. The police are now investigating to determine the truth behind the matter, as Satpal has demanded action against his wife and her lover.

"Sir, they will c/hop me into 16 pie/ces," he cried out at the police station, explaining that his wife’s boyfriend and his friends are inti/midating him over her affair with a youth from another community. The police have started probing the case, and Satpal expressed his fear, noting that he has opposed the affair multiple times, only for his wife to leave home and join Kasim whenever he protested.
