ਉੱਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪਗੜ੍ਹ 'ਚ ਇੱਕ ਔਰਤ ਦੀ ਲਾ/ਸ਼ ਕਣਕ ਦੇ ਖੇਤ 'ਚ ਮਿਲਣ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਪੁਲਸ ਨੇ ਹੱਲ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਸ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ 'ਚ ਗੈਰ-ਇਰਾਦਤਨ ਕਤ/ਲ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਹੇਠ ਔਰਤ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਮੀ ਇਰਫਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਨਫੀਸ ਨੂੰ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ 'ਚ ਲੈ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ।


 ਦੋਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ 'ਚ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਐਸਪੀ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰੈਸ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ 'ਚ ਮੌ/ਤ ਦਾ ਰਾਜ਼ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਔਰਤ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਸੰਬੰਧਾਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੋਈ। ਪੁਲਸ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੌ/ਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪ੍ਰੇਮੀ ਅਤੇ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਨੇ ਲਾ/ਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਲੁਕਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਣਕ ਦੇ ਖੇਤ 'ਚ ਸੁੱਟ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਫਰਾਰ ਹੋ ਗਏ। ਮ੍ਰਿ/ਤਕ ਔਰਤ 4 ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਗਰਭਵਤੀ ਸੀ, ਵਿਆਹੀ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਪਤੀ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ 'ਚ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਹੁਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਘਰ 'ਚ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਸੀ।

ਦਰਅਸਲ, ਮ੍ਰਿ/ਤਕ ਔਰਤ ਸ਼ਹਿਨਾਜ਼ ਬਾਨੋ ਦਾ ਵਿਆਹ ਅੰਤੂ ਦੇ ਜਗਦੀਸ਼ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਮਕਬੂਲ ਅਹਿਮਦ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ। ਮਕਬੂਲ ਸਾਊਦੀ ਅਰਬ 'ਚ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। 

ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸ਼ਹਿਨਾਜ਼ ਦਾ ਇਰਫਾਨ ਨਾਲ ਕਈ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਸੰਬੰਧ ਸੀ। ਇਰਫਾਨ ਦਾ ਨਾਨਕਾ ਘਰ ਅੰਤੂ 'ਚ ਸੀ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਉਹ ਸ਼ਹਿਨਾਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਦਾ ਸੀ। 2 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਦੀ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਹਿਨਾਜ਼ ਆਪਣੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਮੀ ਨਾਲ ਘਰੋਂ ਭੱਜ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਹੁਰੇ ਨੇ ਥਾਣੇ 'ਚ ਅਗਵਾ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਵਾਈ। ਔਰਤ ਦੀ ਲਾ/ਸ਼ ਲਾਲਗੰਜ ਥਾਣੇ ਦੇ ਗੌਤਮਪੁਰ ਵਾਰਡ ਦੇ ਕਣਕ ਦੇ ਖੇਤ 'ਚ ਮਿਲੀ।

ਐਸਪੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ, ਸ਼ਹਿਨਾਜ਼ 4 ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਗਰਭਵਤੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਮੀ ਇਰਫਾਨ ਨਾਲ ਲਾਲਗੰਜ ਦੇ ਸੰਜੀਵਨੀ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ 'ਚ ਗਰਭਪਾ/ਤ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਗਰਭਪਾ/ਤ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਖੂਨ ਵਹਿਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਮੌ/ਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ। ਮੌ/ਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਰਫਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਨਫੀਸ ਨੇ ਲਾ/ਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਈਕ 'ਤੇ ਰੱਖ ਕੇ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਕਣਕ ਦੇ ਖੇਤ 'ਚ ਫੈਂਕ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਪੁਲਸ ਨੇ ਗੈਰ-ਇਰਾਦਤਨ ਕ/ਤਲ ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ ਲਗਾ ਕੇ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਇਰਫਾਨ ਲਾ/ਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਛੁਪਾ ਕੇ ਸਭ ਨੂੰ ਭਰਮਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ।

ਘਟਨਾ ਦੇ ਖੁਲਾਸੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸੰਜੀਵਨੀ ਨਰਸਿੰਗ ਹੋਮ 'ਤੇ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਐਸਡੀਐਮ ਲਾਲਗੰਜ ਤੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਸੀਐਮਓ ਰਾਜੇਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੇ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਸੀਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। 

ਸੰਜੀਵਨੀ ਨਰਸਿੰਗ ਹੋਮ ਅਤੇ ਕਲਪਨਾ ਅਲਟਰਾਸਾਊਂਡ ਸੈਂਟਰ 'ਤੇ ਗੈਰ-ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਗਰਭਪਾ/ਤ ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲੱਗਾ ਹੈ। ਅਲਟਰਾਸਾਊਂਡ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਹਸਨੈਨ 'ਤੇ ਵੀ ਲਾਲਗੰਜ ਥਾਣੇ 'ਚ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਸ ਨੇ ਇਰਫਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਨਫੀਸ 'ਤੇ ਗੈਰ-ਇਰਾਦਤਨ ਕ/ਤਲ ਦਾ ਕੇਸ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ 'ਚ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਹੈ।

After the incident came to light, SDM Lalganj and Deputy CMO Rajesh Kumar took action against Sanjeevani Nursing Home and sealed the hospital. The police have registered a case of unintentional mu/rder against the lover Irfan and Dr. Nafees, sending them to jail. Additionally, the private hospital and ultrasound center are accused of performing the woman’s abo/rtion without authorization, which is ille/gal. A case has also been filed against Dr. Hasanain, who operated the ultrasound, at the Lalganj police station. Action has been taken against Sanjeevani Nursing Home and Kalpana Ultrasound as well.

To conceal their crime, the lover tried to mislead everyone by hiding the b/ody. The police filed a case under the section of unintentional mu/rder and sent both to jail. With the intent to hide the bo/dy, Irfan and Dr. Nafees Ahmad placed it on a bike and dumped it in a wheat field at night. During the abo/rtion at Sanjeevani Hospital in Lalganj, Shahnaz Bano suffered excessive ble/eding, leading to her dea/th. The SP revealed that the deceased woman was four months pre/gnant when she went with her lover Irfan for an abor/tion.

The woman’s b/ody was found in a wheat field in the Gautampur ward under Lalganj police station. After this, her father-in-law lodged a kid/napping case at the police station. On the night of April 2, Shahnaz Bano fled her home with her lover. Irfan’s maternal grandparents’ house was in Antu, where he came into contact with Shahnaz Bano while visiting his family. During this time, she had been in an affair with Irfan for several years while her husband, Makbool, worked in Saudi Arabia. In reality, the deceased, Shahnaz Bano, was married to Makbool Ahmad from Jagdish village in Antu.

The dec/eased woman was four months pregnant by her lover, and her de/ath occurred due to excessive blee/ding during the abo/rtion. Although she was married, her husband worked abroad, and she lived with her father-in-law. After the dea/th, the lover and the doctor dumped the bo/dy in a wheat field and fled. According to the police, the woman’s de/ath was linked to her romantic relationship. During a press conference, the SP disclosed the mystery behind her d/eath. The police arrested both Irfan and Dr. Nafees in connection with the unintentional mu/rder and sent them to jail. The police have solved the case of a woman’s b/ody found in a wheat field in Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh.
