ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ 8 ਪਿੰਡ ਜਲਦ ਹੀ ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਬਣ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਇਹ ਪਿੰਡ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਤਹਿਸੀਲ ਅਧੀਨ ਹਨ।



 ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਨਾਲ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਧੀਆ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਮਿਲਣ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੀਮਤਾਂ ਕਰੋੜਾਂ ਰੁਪਏ ਤੱਕ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਕਲ ਰੇਟ ਬਹੁਤ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ, ਇਸ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੀਅਲ ਅਸਟੇਟ ਦੇ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਆਉਣ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਤਬਦੀਲੀ ਸਬ-ਤਹਿਸੀਲ ਬਨੂੜ ਨੂੰ ਸਬ-ਡਵੀਜ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਦਰਜਾ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਭੂਮੀ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਨੂੰ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੇ ਕਪੂਰਥਲਾ ਰੋਡ 'ਤੇ ਸਥਿਤ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਪੱਤਰ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਣਕਪੁਰ, ਖੇੜਾ ਗੰਜੂ, ਉਰਨਾ, ਚੰਗੇਰਾ, ਉਚਾ ਖੇੜਾ, ਗੁਰਦਿੱਤਪੁਰਾ, ਹਦਿਤਪੁਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਲਾਹਲਾ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦਾ ਜ਼ਿਕਰ ਹੈ। ਪੱਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਦੀ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਨੀਨਾ ਮਿੱਤਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਇੱਕ ਚਿੱਠੀ ਮਿਲੀ ਸੀ। ਇਸ ਮੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਪੁਨਰਗਠਨ ਦੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ (ਡੀ.ਸੀ.) ਭੂਮੀ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਪੱਤਰ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

ਹੁਣ ਇਹ ਵੇਰਵੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੌਂਪਣੇ ਪੈਣਗੇ। ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਦੇ ਡੀਸੀ ਨੇ ਐਸਡੀਐਮ ਰਾਜਪੁਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਪੱਤਰ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ 8 ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਬਦਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਪਿੰਡ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ, ਹੈਡਬਸਟ ਨੰਬਰ, ਪਟਵਾਰ ਹਲਕਾ, ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਰਕਬਾ, ਖੇਤਰਫਲ, ਆਬਾਦੀ, ਡਾਕਘਰ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਣੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।

Eight villages in Patiala district will soon be incorporated into Mohali district. These villages are under the jurisdiction of Rajpura Tehsil. Once these villages are merged into Mohali district, the residents will benefit from better facilities, and the land prices are expected to soar to several crores, as Mohali's circle rate is significantly higher.


Moreover, this change is likely to boost the real estate business in the area. This change is part of a plan to grant the sub-tehsil Banur the status of a sub-division. 


The issue was raised by the local MLA, Neena Mittal, who sent a letter regarding this matter to the Land Records Director of Punjab, requesting the inclusion of these villages into Mohali. The villages in question are Mankapur, Khera Ganju, Urna, Chengera, Ucha Khera, Gurdittpura, Haditpura, and Lahla. In the letter, the department explained that the MLA's request had been received, and based on this, the government has prepared a reorganization report. A letter was also sent to the Deputy Director (DC) of Land Records in Jalandhar.


This matter will now be presented to the government. In response, the DC of Patiala has instructed the SDM of Rajpura to complete the record for the eight villages. After the district name change, information regarding the village name, head post number, Patwari circle, legal land area, population, post office, and police station will need to be provided.
