ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਰਕੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਿੰਡ ਛੱਡਣ ਲਈ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। 


ਖਬਰਾਂ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ, ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਭਾਦਸੋਂ ਬਲਾਕ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਰਕੇ ਬਾਹਰੀ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਆਏ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ, ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਲਦ ਤੋਂ ਜਲਦ ਪਿੰਡ ਖਾਲੀ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। 

ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਿੰਡ ਛੱਡਣ ਲਈ ਕਹਿਣ ਦਾ ਮਸਲਾ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਦੋ ਹਿੱਸਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੰਡੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਇੱਕ ਵਰਗ ਦਾ ਮੰਨਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਬਾਹਰੀ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਆਏ ਇਹ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਦੇ ਆਦੀ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਲਗਪਗ ਹਰ ਰੋਜ਼ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੌਲਾ-ਰੱਪਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। 

ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ, ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਸਮੂਹ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕਹਿ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਗੁਜ਼ਾਰਾ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਟਿਕਿਆ ਹੈ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਰਾਏ ’ਤੇ ਘਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਮਦਨ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਪਿੰਡ ਦਾ ਮਾਹੌਲ ਤਣਾਅ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਇਹ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਪੁਲਸ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਂਚ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ।

ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਤੋਂ ਇਸ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਦਯੋਗ ਲੱਗੇ ਹਨ, ਬਾਹਰੀ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਾਦਾਦ ਵਧ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਸੈਂਕੜੇ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਬਾਹਰੋਂ ਆ ਕੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਰਾਏ ’ਤੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਕਈ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਰੋਜ਼ੀ-ਰੋਟੀ ਚੱਲਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ, ਦੁਕਾਨਦਾਰ ਵੀ ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਹਨ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਬਹੁਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਗਾਹਕ ਹਨ। ਜੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਿੰਡੋਂ ਕੱਢ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਵਪਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਭਾਰੀ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਫਿਲਹਾਲ ਪੁਲਸ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੀ ਅਗਲਾ ਕਦਮ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

In Patiala, an announcement has been made at a Gurdwara, forcing people to leave the village. According to information, laborers from other states were given an ultimatum to vacate the village in the Bhadsan block of the district. The workers from other states were instructed to leave the village as soon as possible during this time.


It is noteworthy that this issue of forcing workers to leave is causing tension in the village, resulting in two factions. One group claims that these migrant workers from other states are alcoholics and cause disturbances in the village almost every day. Meanwhile, the other group is opposing this view. They argue that their livelihood depends on these workers because they have rented out quarters to them, from which they receive rent. This has created a tense atmosphere in the village. Currently, the complaint has been forwarded to the police, and an investigation is underway.


It is being reported that after the establishment of industries in the village, the number of people from other states has increased. Hundreds of workers come from other states and live in rented accommodations in the village, providing income for many families. Local shopkeepers are also opposing the situation, as a large portion of their customers are these workers. If these workers are removed from the village, their businesses could be harmed. Currently, the police are investigating the matter, and further action will be taken after the investigation is completed.
