ਪਾਬੰਦੀਸ਼ੁਦਾ ਸੰਗਠਨ ਜੈਸ਼-ਏ-ਮੁਹੰਮਦ ਦੇ ਅੱਤਵਾ/ਦੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ‘ਚ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਹੋਏ ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੇ ਚਾਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਲਾ/ਸ਼ਾਂ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕਰ ਲਈਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ, ਜਦਕਿ ਜੰਮੂ ਦੇ ਕਠੂਆ ਦੇ ਦੂਰ-ਦੁਰਾਡੇ ਜੰਗਲੀ ਖੇਤਰ ‘ਚ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਬਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਤਵਾ/ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਦੂਜੇ ਦਿਨ ਵੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹੀ। ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਇੱਥੇ ਇਹ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ।

ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਜਨਰਲ (ਡੀਜੀਪੀ) ਨਲਿਨ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਤ ਨੇ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਅੱਤ/ਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਉਹੀ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ 23 ਮਾਰਚ ਨੂੰ ਹੀਰਾਨਗਰ ਸੈਕਟਰ ਦੇ ਸਨਿਆਲ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੋਕਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਪਰ ਸਮੂਹ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਭੱਜਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਮਯਾਬ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਰਾਜਬਾਗ ਦੇ ਘਾਟੀ ਜੁਥਾਨਾ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੇ ਜਾਖੋਲੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਕੇਂਦਰਿਤ ਇਹ ਆਪ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਹੀਰਾਨਗਰ ਸੈਕਟਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸਰਹੱਦ ਪਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਘੁਸਪੈਠ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਅੱ/ਤਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਇਆ। ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਵਿਚ ਚਾਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਜਦਕਿ ਜੈ/ਸ਼ ਦੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਅੱਤ/ਵਾਦੀ ਮਾਰੇ ਗਏ। ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਸੁਪਰਡੈਂਟ ਆਫ਼ ਪੁਲਿਸ (ਡੀਐਸਪੀ) ਅਤੇ ਸੱਤ ਹੋਰ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਏ।

ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਡਰੋਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਨਾਲ ਸਰਚ ਟੀਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਚੌਥੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਲਾਸ਼ ਲੱਭ ਲਈ, ਪਰ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕਰਨ ‘ਚ ਸਫਲਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲੀ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਦੋ ਅੱਤ/ਵਾਦੀ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਉੱਚਾਈ ਵਾਲੇ ਖੇਤਰ ‘ਚ ਲੁਕੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਖੋਜ ਟੀਮਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਦੂਜੇ ਦਿਨ ਵੀ ਭਾਰੀ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਧਮਾਕਿਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਆਵਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਆਉਂਦੀਆਂ ਰਹੀਆਂ। ਫੌਜ ਅਤੇ ਸੀਆਰਪੀਐਫ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਨਾਲ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਇੱਕ ਰਾਤ ਰੁਕਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੂਰ-ਦੁਰਾਡੇ ਪਹਾੜੀ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

ਉਧਰ, ਡੀਐਸਪੀ ਰੈਂਕ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਐਸਡੀਪੀਓ ਨੂੰ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਦੇਰ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਘਟਨਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਕੱਢ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਐਸਡੀਪੀਓ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਤਿੰਨ ਹੋਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਠੂਆ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖ਼ਲ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਸਥਿਰ ਦੱਸੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ‘ਚ ਫੌਜ ਦੇ ਦੋ ਜਵਾਨ ਵੀ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ।

ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਐਤਵਾਰ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਹੀਰਾਨਗਰ ਸੈਕਟਰ ‘ਚ ਪਾਕਿਸਤਾਨ ਨਾਲ ਲੱਗਦੀ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸਰਹੱਦ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਸਾਨਿਆਲ ਪਿੰਡ ‘ਚ ਨਰਸਰੀ ‘ਚ ਬਣੇ ਘੇਰੇ ‘ਢੋਕ’ ‘ਚ ਅੱਤ/ਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਇਕ ਸਮੂਹ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੁਲਿਸ, ਫੌਜ, ਐਨਐਸਜੀ, ਬੀਐਸਐਫ ਅਤੇ ਸੀਆਰਪੀਐਫ ਨੇ ਤਲਾਸ਼ੀ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਚਲਾਈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਤਿ/ਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਫੜਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਖਾਤਮਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਆਧੁਨਿਕ ਤਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਉਪਕਰਣਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ।

The operation, which has been ongoing for the second day, continues in a remote forest area of Jammu's Kathua, where security forces are engaged in a gunf/ight with ter/rorists. The bo/dies of four Jammu and Kashmir policemen, who were martyred during an enc/ounter with Jai/sh-e-Mohammed terr/orists, have been recovered. However, two te/rrorists remain hidden in the high-altitude area, and they continue to fire on search teams, making it difficult to retrieve the remaining b/odies. Despite heavy firing and expl/osions, security forces, supported by the Army and CRPF, are advancing cautiously in the hilly terrain after halting for the night.


The operation began on Thursday morning near Jakhole village in the Ghati Juthana area of Rajbagh, after the police launched an at/tack on a group of infiltrating ter/rorists. This group had been stopped earlier on March 23 in Sanyal village of the Hiranagar sector, but they managed to escape. During the ongoing encounter, four policemen lost their liv/es, and three Jais/h terr/orists were kil/led. A Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) and seven other personnel were inj/ured, with the DSP later being evacuated for treatment. The bo/dies of the three martyred policemen—Balwinder Singh Chib, Jaswant Singh, and Tariq Ahmed—were recovered by the search teams, although their service wea/pons have not been located, raising questions about whether the mili/tants had taken them.


Meanwhile, the search operation continues, employing advanced technology and surveillance equipment. On Sunday evening, the police had engaged the terr/orists after they were spotted in a 'Dhok' at Sanyal village near the international border. Despite the ongoing gu/nfire and expl/osions, efforts to eliminate the remaining ter/rorists continue.
